A conventional loan program available through Dream Key Lending has removed its credit score overlay. Borrowers without a credit score can now be included on the loan — as long as at least one borrower has a score and the loan receives AUS approval.

Plenty of creditworthy people simply don't have a credit score. This change means their income and their place on the loan no longer have to be left on the sidelines.
Spouses without a credit history — one partner has always handled the accounts, but both want to be on the loan.
Multigenerational buyers — a parent or adult child contributing income who has never used traditional credit.
Cash-based households — buyers who pay their bills but have never carried a credit card or auto loan.
New arrivals building credit — recent movers to the U.S. with steady income but no established score yet.
Send us the scenario. Dream Key Lending will run it and let you know quickly whether this program fits — so you can keep your deal moving.
